Just stopped by over on Main Street in Middleton at The Lot food truck …saw the good reviews online and had to try the quesadilla and pork bowl. Sooooo good and sooooo fresh. The pork was tender with just the right seasoning, rice was cool perfect and the pick de gallo is delicious and so fresh. The quesadilla has really good quality cheese on it and I got pinto beans w pick de gallon on the side. So good, and the staff here ate so friendly,we’ll be back.
Just tried for the first time a The Lot of Middleton and was the best tacos I've had north of Boston. I had the Adobada (seasoned pork) and was incredible. Got chips and guacomole and really enjoyed the guac. Will be back!!
Always great food. I had a birria burrito with a side of cosumme. So delicious and filling.

I been trying birra tacos from other places and they were okay. But here at Pablo’s food truck, WOW. Filled with so much meat, and flavor, it was so good. Best place by far, and they had some good rice. I tried it for the first time today and wow, super hot, taste fresh, just wow, the meat is tender, rich, and so soft, in a perfect way! This is my go to place as of now!

First time tonight, ordered ahead on the app and it was ready as I pulled up 10 mins later. Burrito bowls were totally on point and super fresh, and well made. Solid portions of authentic food. Will be back in the next couple days to try some tacos. Mouth is still watering.

The fantastic smells of the food being cooked are a prelude to the dynamite food you are about to eat. Absolutely delicious food, the quesobirria tacos are outstanding! Pablo's tacos Tacos and Burritos food truck, or bus? Either way is a must stop!
